conditioneditor from web interface

Hi!
do somebody try to call function openConditionEditor from place i need not only HP planed to start it?
Can`t find where hpsm.ce initialized ((((

I  needed to call condition editor from place i want.
i did it different way - to copy button from RuleSet to my form and copy display options and create 3 fields in my table.
