customize incident details view in SM9

hi all,

 

can anyone help me how i can hide everything accept incident details. so, when i login and click on 1 of the incidents i can only have incident details.

 

thanks and appreciate your help.

Hi,

For the same you have use the visibility condition on the concerned form.
Or can create a new form only having desired field and set this form to concerned user profiles.
First of all you have to set the criteria to disable the other tabs.
But if you will hide the tabs then user will not be able to update as OOB update is used to be mandatory for Incidents.

Each of the collasible groups has a visible condition on the group object.

 

Note that you can also set group objects to automatically default to expanded on initial display of the record. So you could just set the incident details section to default to expanded, which would accomplish the goal of making it easy to read quickly, while not necessarily hiding all other sections. Most of my customers choose to expand both the incident details and activity sections.
