déléguer le droit aux agents Helpdesk pour l'accès à la commande "Status"

Bonjour,

 

j'ai besoin de déléguer le droit d'accéder à la commande "Status" et "Afficher les vérrouillages" aux agents Helpdesk afin de débloquer tout blocage de vérrouillage de tickets chez un agent spécifique.

merci de m'aider.

merci de votre retour. actuellement nous utilisons HPSM 9.32 mais dans le futur nous allons migrer vers HPSM 9.41
