detailed informations for slamodulecontrol and availability slos
because we want to activate Service Targets, I need some informations.
a) what is the impact of the flag escalate.availability? Now it is set to false, but we already generate slamonthly records for Service Targets.
b) What is the impact of field ci.fields.subscribe? I don't understand the description.
2. What tables are involved in the availablity measurement process? outage, intClipDownTime, ... What action generates the new record in outage or intClipDownTime?
