fill a custom field on IM that was filled in SD

Dears,

i have created a custom field (text character) on SD form. i want when escalate this SD into IM, to have the same field and its content. what shall i do?

example: on SD, a field called COMMENT as varchar(60). 

on IM, i shall create teh same field as varchar(60) but how can i bring the text that was written on SD into this field in IM form?

Hello,

Assuming that your custom field is called 'comment' on both the incidents and probsummary dbdict records, please add your new custom field to the link line in the screlate.incidents.problem link record as per my screenshot below:

Look for a link record call screlate.incidents.probsummary  (or something like that).  In it, you will find one line. Expand that line and you will see at the bottom a place where you can copy fields over.

thank you so much it worked. i was doing it in screlate.incidents.probsumamry not problem?!? why problem it is fixed and not probsummary? i am working with IM which is probsummary table no?
