Dears,
I have SM 9.40 installed. I've modified the columns in the form vendor.qbe.g, but i need to change the title of the form "Select vendor\supplier" as attached.

I believe it uses the Common Name from the Object record. If you look at the vendor Object, below the tablename is the common name which is used for display--You can edit the scmessage record to alter the common name to a new value. Note that this would change the name in other locations as well.
I'm not at a system right now and haven't tested this.
