java.lang.NullPointerException Error

Hi
Im using hp OpenView service desk 4.0.0556.0204 (SP2).
When I'm trying to access SD (from account with Specialist Role ) it'll give the following error
"java.lang.NullPointerException".
But It won't give the error, with the same account with diffrent role (e.g. Workshop Employee).

PLS help me to sort this out...

Hi,

Delete the Cache files sitting in your default user. This should solve the problem.
