We want to manually add different values for the field of "Sub-Category" and "Area"
similiar data will be required for SD and IM modules,
Could you try to share the steps required for carrying out the above mentioned activity.
attached is the list that I will be adding and for your reference.
Note : We will be using the "Affected Services" / "Primary Affected Services" as a field equivalent to the "Category" this is becuse, the value in the field of "category" is already determined during the event of "Create New Interaction" & "Create New Incident"

A subarea specifies a more detailed description of area and category for an incident description and is always linked to a specific category and area.
To create a new subarea record:
Click Incident Management > Tools > Sub-area.
Select a Category for the subarea.
Select an Area for the subarea.
Type a name in the Sub-area field.
