opening automated sequential changes for an item from SRC

Hello Experts,

How can i add more than one interface type (Catalog connector) to the item in the service catalog module since one of our customer wants to create multiple sequential changes when a user requests specific items.

You can do that either by adding multiple change tasks to the change bind to the catalog element  or

• make several catalog elements
• group them in bundle
• add each category of change to each of the elements included in the bundle.

Missed that from your initial post.

In case of bundel they will be opened at the same time.

Maybe it is worth of doing based on change phase and change tasks inside of one category?

You have to put the model which you wanted to make with sequantila changes to the model of change phases and tasks.

Like below:

First sequantial change= 1 task on first phase

Second sequantila change = 1 task on second phase

.......

and so on.

You can do multiple task per phase if you needed several task per change in sequence. Each task can have its own assignment group and  so on.

I think it can be reproducted with one change in this way.

Happy to hear that.

You would really benefit if upgrade  to Process Designer.

In your current built change tasks are created all at same time per phase automatically. They can be made sequantial with heavy customization which i think is not worth of it. Just separate them to different phases and avoid pain in the head.
