"Creat a Smart Request" option not available on HPSM mobile client

Hi there,

I've installed Smart Analytics 9.40 and mobility 9.40.0009 on my HPSM instance. I'm able to connect via mobile to HPSM, but I don't see the create a smart request option when I login as an ess user. I'm able see this on the web client.

Am I missing something?

I don't think it is supposed to display in the ESS client. In testing I've done, a ticket is opened via ESS it is always processed as a smart ticket on submit when smart ticketing is enabled. The functionality is invisible to the self service user.
