"Service Catalog Request Fulfillment" Schedule not getting created.
Hello experts,
Im creating a service catalog request following this procedure (OOB System):
* Log in with Servicedesk.Agent
* Create new interaction
* Fill out Contact, service, impact, urgency, title, description.
* go to "more Options"-> Order from catalog
* Select a catalog item (with connector "Open new Request")
* Click Save.
Before this, I modified the "service catalog approval" so no one have to approve the request.
So the interaction gets created with approval status "Approved"
But when I check the schedule table, I don't find the ""Service Catalog Request Fulfillment" Schedule " that creates the related record.
Have anyone experienced this issue? Thanks for any insight you can give me.
My system:
HPSM 9.31.3009 (also happening on 9.32 custom system)
MSSQLServer Database.

Hello,
It was definitely working OOB. You say that you have removed all Approvals on the Interaction level including Service Desk approve and first line manager?
Have you tried to reproduce the same while ordering that item from catalog? If you have removed approvals, system must automatically create quote from Interaction when you order item from Service Catalog

Hello Vadim,
Thanks for your insigth on this topic.
If I request the same item from the catalog, it works just fine.
But when I use the ""Order from Catalog"" option from the interaction, it does not create me a schedule record.
I created a new OOB system and try disabling the approval at diferent levels:
* Approvers list in approvaldef
* Approval condition in Aprovaldef
* category
* Object
But it doesn´t work.
I appreciate any insigth you can give on this matter,
