records are getting resolved but not closed
Could you try to guide here, In our production environment of HP Service Manager 9.40 Code less, We had configured the Service Desk module in such a way that the "Interaction Record" gets auto closed(hard closed ) after a time duration 24Hrs after the interaction record status is marked as "Resolved"
However, for past some time from now, the interaction records are left in status of "Resolved" only, none of them is getting converted into the status as "Closed" after completion of 24Hrs of time
Request if someone of you could guide on the steps to be followed to restore the arrangement.
