unable to submit request through service portal
we are facing difficulties in submitting request through Service Portal 2018.11
Service Manager 9.60
User is getting below error while submitting the request from catalog on service portal,
an unexpected error occurred
details:connot read property 'requests'of null
I have also attached the snapshot.

Is there any particular reason for using that version, Service Portal 2018.11?
If not, I would advise you to upgrade it to 2020.xx or 2019.xx.
