upgrading error from 9.32 to 9.41

Hello experts,

We upgraded the application from HPSM 9.32 to 9.41 on development environment, then after resolving conflicts we created the custom upgrade successfully .

While applying the Custom Upgrade [built in DEV setup] to TEST Environment, we are facing issues..

The upgrade process but on around 70% completion, we get error message:

Process panel prepare.preSM940.conversion in RAD apm.upgrade.wizard.ux encountered error in line 6 (apm.upgrade.wizard.ux,prepare.preSM940.conversion)
Cannot evaluate expression (apm.upgrade.wizard.ux,prepare.preSM940.conversion)
Bad arg(2) oper = (apm.upgrade.wizard.ux,prepare.preSM940.conversion)
Cannot evaluate expression (apm.upgrade.wizard.ux,prepare.preSM940.conversion)
Script 'upgradeConvert' line 27: ERROR TypeError: lib.timeperiodOccurrence.createTimePeriodOccurrenceSchedule is not a function at char 1

Please advise.

Thanks,

Khalil

Please open a support case for that issue. We need to investigate in the logs and perhaps open a new Defect.

Thanks for understanding.

Re: upgrading error from 9.32 to 9.41

I think the script: timeperiodOccurrence is missing or function "createTimePeriodOccurrenceSchedule" is missing in script thetimeperiodOccurrence.

Please make sure you are using the correct upgrade.  If yes, please submit a support case.
