webservices connector.

Jump to solution

Hi experts,

I am new to Connect IT and webservices.

I have a source connector as delimited text and destination connector as SM Webservices connector. The document is consumed and produced successfully but i am unable to find the new Interaction onto the Service Manager side.

Please can you let me know where should i look for the ticket id and verify that my scenario has executed successfully.

Thanks.

SM sends a SOAP Response which should contain relevant messages/errors.

One of the best practices for SM Web Services is to use a dedicated servlet. Ask the SM Admin to enable the following trace parameters for that servlet to determine what is happening with the SOAP Request sent by CI.

Trace parms:

RTM:3

debugdbquery:999

debughttp:1

The SM Admin can add the parameters directly to the command line when starting the dedicated servlet. Another option is to add the parameters to the sm.ini file. However, this will enable tracing for all servlets on that machine.
