User would like to use Data Format Description Language (DFDL) to define his virtual service. DFDL is an XML-based language used to define the structure of formatted data in a way that is independent of the data format itself. User is expecting he would be able to use DFDL, in the same manner, to define Virtual Service as is used for example WSDL to define SOAP services.
