Disabling Email Notifications for Execution Server Issues

Email notifications can be disabled from Silk Central Test Manager GUI.

Steps

To do this, use the steps below:

  1. Go to Administration
  2. Select Execution Environment
  3. Select an execution server
  4. Click Edit
  5. Click on Advanced
  6. Change the "Responsiveness Timeout" to 0 (time after which the email is sent) 

(The execution server needs disabled to make these changes)

This will prevent any email notifications being sent in relation to this execution server.

Repeat this for any and all execution servers.
