This problem could be caused by a fault in the Source control profile that you have selected for that test container. To resolve this try using a different source control profile and see if the problem is resolved, if the problem is resolved then please go to Administration -> Configuration -> Source Control and select the source control and ensure that all details are correct and that the connection to the source control is working.
