How can I create a Silkradar Adminconsole debug log file?

Resolution:

ANSWER
----------------------------------
A Debug log helps developers investigate what Issue Manager is doing when a problem is occurring.

To create a debug log file start the Admin Console using the -debug command line switch.

  1. Click START | RUN
  2. Type RADAR.EXE -DEBUG RADARDEBUG.LOG
  3. Click "OK" button

Admin Console will now create a log file called radardebug.log in the directory were the Admin Console executable is situated.

Follow the steps to reproduce your problem and then close the Admin Console. The debug log will stop being written when you close the Admin Console.
