Problem:

How can I delete an issue tracking profile from Issue Manager? When I try to delete the issue profile, I get the error that it is in use.

Resolution:

issue manager



To delete an issue profile, you must first delete any issues associate with the particular profile.

In order to delete the issues associated with the profile,

  • From Test Manager | Test Plan, select the test container or test definition where issues have been created
  • Go to the Issues tab to view the issues created for the test container or test definition
  • Delete the necessary issues associated with the issue profile.

From Administration | Configuration, select the Issue Tracking tab and delete the particular issue profile.
