Viewing Recent Changes

The Recent Changes filter enables you to efficiently view and acknowledge changes and additions that other users have made to requirements project-wide since your last change acknowledgement.

In the Requirements unit, two buttons at the far-right of the toolbar, the Show Changes/Show All toggle button and the Acknowledge button, help you to find out what changes other users have made.

Note Your system administrator can configure email notifications that alert you to changes that are made to requirement settings. Email alerts include links that take you directly to a view of recent changes. See Change-notification emails for details.

Procedure To view recent changes to requirements:

1 In the Requirements unit, click the Show Changes button to filter out all requirements except those that have been changed since your last change acknowledgement (note that the filter is selected automatically in the Filter drop-down list). Recent-change filtering is active across all Requirement View tabs and Document View.

Note Once the filter has been activated, the Show Changes button toggles to Show All mode. Click this button again to remove filtering and see all requirements in the tree view.

2 Once you have reviewed changes, you can accept them by clicking the Acknowledge button. The Acknowledge function resets the .

Note All changes are time-stamped and logged in requirement history.
