How do I resolve error "Replet Error Report...Report Server is inactive" when going to Test Manager / Projects / Overview?

How do I resolve the error the following error generated when going to Test Manager / Projects / Overview?

Replet Error Report:

ProjectOverviewReport could not be generated for the following reason:
Inetsoft.sree.RepletException:java.lang.Exception: Report Server is inactive.



ANSWER
----------------------------------

Please do the following:

  • Go to Administration / System / Report Server
  • Deactivate your report server and reactivate it again.


If this does not resolve the problem then do the following:

  • Go to Administration / System / Report Server
  • Deactivate your report server.
  • Stop the report server in SilkCentral service manager.
  • Go to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Segue\SCC30
  • Delete the reportserver.txt file.
  • Restart the report server in SilkCentral service manager.
  • Re-activate it in Administration / System / Report Server
