To set a product to inactive follow the steps below:

In the ISSUE MANAGER | CONFIGURATION | PRODUCTS page select the product that you wish to make inactive - if appropriate choose a particular release of the product.

You can then set the product to Deactivated in the IsActive drop-down box:


Use the Update Product link to make the change live
