How do you add Custom Reports that you have created in the BIRT Report Designer to SilkCentral Test Manager?

ANSWER
----------------------------------

  1. Go to the Administration part of SilkCentral Test Manager (SCTM) and click on Reports.
  2. Go to the "Custom Reports" section and scroll down to the "Upload" button.

  3. Click on the "Upload" button and then;
    • Add the Name that you would like to see the Reports called in SCTM.
    • Add a short description if you wish.
    • Select the projects you would like to assign the report to (press to multiselect)
    • Add the relevant modules.

  4. Browse to the location of the report and ensure the extension of the file is .rptdesign and click on "Upload".

  5. Log out of SCTM and then log back in. The report will now be available under the module that you assigned it to.
