I have forgotten my Administrator Password for access to SilkCentral Test Manager. How can I reset it?

ANSWER

When one first installs SilkCentral Test Manager, the Installation Guide prompts the user to change their Administrator password from the default "admin", to ensure data privacy. On rare occasions this password may be misplaced or forgotten, in this case contact Borland support on support@Borland.com and include the reference number Resolution # 24274 in the body of the mail for instructions on resetting passwords.
