If "Enhancement" owns the state of "Unreviewed", then why is an issue with a state of "Unreviewed" routed to the "Doc" inbox?

Problem:

If "Enhancement" owns the state of "Unreviewed", then why is an issue with a state of "Unreviewed" routed to the "Doc" inbox?

Resolution:

There is a known issue in SilkCentral Issue Manager versions 4.0 and 4.0.1 where the radio buttons in the "State Properties" (ISSUE MANAGER | CONFIGURATION | WORKFLOWS) dialog (shown below) for the options "Enhancement State" and "Documentation Owns This State" are interchanged.

Therefore if you mean to select "Enhancement State" you should actually select "Documentation Owns This State" and vice versa.

This will be fixed in the next release of SilkCentral Issue Manager.
