In Issue Manager, can existing file attachments be edited within the application, or must they be deleted / replaced?

Problem:

In Issue Manager, can existing file attachments be edited within the application, or must they be deleted / replaced?

Resolution:

In Issue Manager, it is possible to add file attachmentsto or delete them from an Issue Manager issue.

However, it is not possible to amend an attachment within Issue Manager; you cannot, for example, open a *.txt attachment directly from Issue Manager, edit the content, and save it back to Issue Manager.

Instead, you should download it and edit outside Issue Manager and then upload it again.
