Is it possible for SilkCentral Test Manager to automatically delete the contents of the working folder before a test execution?

Problem:

Is it possible for SilkCentral Test Manager to automatically delete the contents of the working folder before a test execution?

Resolution:

QUESTION
----------------------------------

Is it possible for SilkCentral Test Manager to automatically delete the contents of the working folder before a test execution?

ANSWER
----------------------------------

Yes, this is now possible and can be set at test container level. This will then apply to any test definition within that test container. SilkCentral Test Manager will then automatically delete the contents of the working folder before each execution and re-copy the test script/option set etc.. to the working folder for execution.

Please be careful when you check this option to ensure that you do not have any other files within this folder that you do not wish to delete. For more information on assigning a working folder please see SilkCentral Test Manager online help "Setting up Source Control Profiles".
