Is it possible to add more values to the "Issue Types" list under ADMINISTRATION | CONFIGURATION | LIST OF VALUES?

Is it possible to add more values to the "Issue Types" list under ADMINISTRATION | CONFIGURATION | LIST OF VALUES?

Problem:

Is it possible to add more values to the "Issue Types" list under ADMINISTRATION | CONFIGURATION | LIST OF VALUES?

Resolution:

No, it is not currently possible to add new values to this list - it is currently restricted to three values. However, there is an RFE logged to have this functionality considered for a future version. If you would like to have your details added to this RFE please contact support@borland.com, and quote this resolution ID.

Although it is not currently possible to add more values to this list, it is possible to rename the the values of the existing Issue Types. To do this, you should select "Issue Types" under ADMINISTRATION | CONFIGURATION | LIST OF VALUES, which will open the "Issue Types" dialog box. Here you will see each of the current issue types written in blue - you can select these. Select each one you wish to modify in turn, which will bring up a dialog box allowing you to enter the new values.
