Problem:

Is it possible to change the product name for all issues (including archived issues)?

Resolution:

To change the product name for all issues you should change the product code at "ADMINISTRATION | CONFIGURATION | PRODUCTS" using the "edit" icon for that product; this will automatically update all the issues that contain the old product name (including archived issues).

Note: If advanced report queries have the original product code hard-coded they will not be updated and will need to be amended accordingly.
