Is it possible to export a SilkCentral Test Manager database table"s data to a Microsoft Excel document from the SilkCentral web-gui?

ANSWER
----------------------------------
To export a SilkCentral database table to an Excel document from SilkCentral"s web-gui perform the following steps:

  • Create a new report
  • Use the advanced query functionality and enter the following: SELECT * FROM
  • Click Finish
  • Clicking the Data tab should display all the data stored in that database table
  • Return to the Properties section and there are 4 links available for downloading your report
  • Click "Download Excel report template" to download your Database Table into an Excel document
