Resolution:

ANSWER
----------------------------------
After trying to execute the Test Definition check on the execution server file system, if the specified file does not exist below the directory specified as "Working Folder", this error will occur.

Before the execution starts, the content and all subfolders of the folder specified as "Root" for the Test Container, are fetched from the source control system.

ADMINISTRATION | CONFIGURATION

And copied into the "Working Folder" specified within the associated Source Control Profile.

ADMINISTRATION | CONFIGURATION | SOURCE CONTROL TAB | WORKING FOLDER

However, it is possible that the file has been renamed within the source control system, or its location changed and the error will be flagged.

To correct;

  • Go to the Test Planning section

    TEST MANAGER | TEST PLAN | TEST DEFINITION | PROPERTIES TAB

    And note the name and path of the "Project" property under "SilkPerformer Properties" for the Test Definition that fails to execute.

  • After trying to execute the Test Definition check on the execution server file system if the specified file exists below the directory specified as "Working Folder". If the file does not exist, redefine the "Project" property for the failing Test Definition.

  • After modifications of planning information (like the "Project" property), the "Update Executions" operation needs to be applied on the Test Container (in the test plan section, right click on the test container and select Update Executions) to deploy the changed information to all execution servers.
