When I add a new State to the "Issue Types", why does it appear under the wrong Issue Type?

Problem:

When I add a new State to the "Issue Types", why does it appear under the wrong Issue Type?

Resolution:

It is likely that the order of the Values for the Issue Types is incorrect. States are assigned to Issue Type"s dependant on their position under Value. Use the "Move up" and "Move Down" actions to correctly position the Issue Types (ADMINISTRATION | CONFIGURATION | LIST OF VALUES | ISSUE TYPES).

Please be sure to Stop and re-start all services via the SilkCentral Service Manager after making changes.
