While working on my testplan in SCTM I receive the error message: "The active thread tried to get more than one open database connection" How do I resolve this?

ANSWER

This is a communication error involving the FrontEnd and Application servers. Stop the Application and FrontEnd Servers from the SilkCentral Service Manager (located in the bottom right of the taskbar) wait for a period and then start the servers again. This should resolve the communication break issue. If it does not contact Borland technical support at support@borland.com.
