QUESTION
----------------------------------

Why I am unable to download my manual test cases from SilkCentral Test Manager to the Manual testing Client?. My setup is correct?

ANSWER
----------------------------------

Ensure the following

  • Check that the manual test is assigned to the current user logged into the Manual Testing Client.
  • A manual test will only be imported into the Manual Testing Client when it is scheduled to be run, and not before.

Manual Testing Client background:

SilkCentral Test Manager"s Manual Testing Client enables testers to manage their tests and track results without the need of an Internet connection. The Manual Testing Client offers the core manual-test execution functionality that is offered directly in Test Manager, via a Windows-based client tool.
