ANSWER

If you have just imported a new license into SilkCentral or into SilkMeter, you will need to stop and restart the SilkCentral Services to register the new license.

  • Right-click on the SilkCentral Services manager icon in the Systray and select "Stop All Services".
  • Confirm that wish to stop the services.
  • Right-click on the SilkCentral Services manager icon again and select "Start All Services".
  • Confirm that you wish to start the services.
  • Restart SilkCentral.

You should now be able to login and work with SilkCentral.
