BIRT Report Chart not appear at Silk Central 18.5

I created report template (rptdesign) from BIRT: a bar chart and table. After uploading it to Central and use it to a report, the report only show the table but when I exported it to pdf, it showed both bar chart and table.

I've checked the chart server and it's ok.

Can anyone give suggestion?

Hi,

when using Internet Explorer and having SVG specified as the output type of the chart, it will not be displayed.
If this is the case, change the type to e.g. PNG and it should work.
