Error importing tests from Excel file to SCTM

I continue to get an error when trying to import tests from an Excel file.  The error states, "ERROR:     Column " defined in mapping file not found in Excel file.  Please see the attached screen shots (one of the error the other of edit mapping). 

Using:

Silk Central Test Manager Version 13.0.0, Build 5178 from 2013-06-12

MS Excel 2007

Hi Amy,

This incident would require us to do some investigation on your Excel File as well as your Mapping File, would it be possible to log a support incident for this and one of the Engineers will be happy to investigate this issue further with yourself.
