Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. Error?

When I run Execution Planning in silk central, I get the following error.

com.borland.silk.keyworddriven.runner.dotnet.KeywordExecutionException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation.

how can i solve it.
