Hi Amir,

Silk Central web services would maybe an option. The ExecutionPlanningService provides a method
startExecution(java.lang.String sessionId, int nodeId)
to execute the specified node (folder, configuration suite or an execution definition)

So if you assign your NUnit test to an execution plan, you could trigger it via web service.
