How to attach a file to a new issue on Silk v19.0

Jump to solution

Hello, hope you could clarify?
Wondering how to attach a file while creating a new issue (defect) in Silk v19.0 ?
It appears there is no file attachment icon or an Additional Files tab available on the new issues form?

Regards,

Hi Lynda321,

Yes, that's true.
Attaching files directly during issue creation will be available with the next Silk Central version (version 19.5).

Regards
Michael

It may appear that a new issue has to be created and saved first, then the user has to go back to open the new issue to add an attachment ?
