Is it possible for SIlk Central to have issues logged in the internal issue manager and also to integrate with external bug tracking system?
Currently we use Silk Central for our testing activities. We have integrated with JIRA for issue tracking integration.
Now is it possible for SIlk Central to have issues logged in the internal issue manager and also in JIRA at the same time?
Currently looks like user have to select the issue tracking integration option to select from and appears it can be a OR option but not an AND.
As you wrote you can define several issue tracking integrations and the internal IM at the same time.
If you enter a new issue you have to decide in which issue tracking system to place this new issue (can be only one target system). It is not possible to create one issue automatically in several issue tracking systems.
What would be the use case for duplicating issues in different systems?
