Hi Rajendra

Yes, it is possible to integrate SCTM 12.0 with SilkTest Workbench 12.0 (2011). Please see SCTM help section "SilkTest Workbench". This explains how to create and edit a SilkTest Workbench source control profile to retrieve the program sources for test execution from SilkTest Workbench.
