Is it practically possible to create multiple ‘Execution definitions’ on SCTM to trigger from Hudson based on the area of code change?
Hi Support,
Currently we are using Silk Test workbench 12.0 +Oracle DB to store Test Assets. We are automating Java SWT application using Silk Test workbench 12.0 +VB.Net Scripts. We have different driver scripts (DS) for different regression scenarios. We would like to Integrate Silk Test Workbench with Hudson and SCTM for to create Continuous Integration Testing.
Is it practically possible to create multiple ‘Execution definitions’ on SCTM to trigger from Hudson based on the area of code change?
To be clear, i want to create multiple execution definitions each execution definition with one driver script to cover one part of the application to regress specific aprt of the application.
Is it possible?
Thanks,
Rajendra Prasad

Hi,
it is possible to trigger multiple execution plans in Silk Central via Hudson. A good starting point is the following blog entry: community.microfocus.com/.../deploy-test-and-build-artifacts-from-ci-systems-to-sctm.aspx
