Matching Tests in Test Selection

Hi All,

1) In Silk Central 17 -> Execution Planning -> Manual Execution Planning -> Choose No Filter. 

We are expecting some test cases will show up in the Matching Tests area, but no test cases show up (Matching Tests -Selected: 0) Any other setup we need to do in order to see the test cases appear in the Matching Tests area.

2) How to remove or enable the "Quality Goals/Assignment Progress" area under the Filter Criteria
