Hi vineeth,
There is a limit, which should prevent the frontendserver from running out of memory.
It is located in conf/frontendserver/SccFrontendBootConf.xml and it has the key:
BootConf/Report/StopDataCount
The value defines how much data is displayed on the report data tab. Every cell in the grid is counted as 1 and long strings are counted as 2 or 3.
Please understand that this limit should help to prevent a system from running out of memory due to reports which select an excessive amount of data. So keep this in mind if you increase the limit.
Regards,
Hubert

Hi vineeth,
Please understand that only the default value for StopDataCount is tested and supported. If you want to change that value you have to try what value suits for your environment.
The best option would be if you have a test environment. There you have the same setup as in your production environment. You can test the setting and confirm that there are no issues.
If you do not have a test environment then you could wait for the next maintenance window. Then just try the increased value.
Regards,
Hubert
