Silk Central is currently not available when upload Report Template

 I always get error "Silk Central is currently not available" when doing these at Silk Central 18.5

1. Update Report template

2. Upload Report Template

Can anyone suggest the cause of this error?

Hi,

I just checked this with Silk Central 18.5 and it works for me.

Do you use a non-default instance? Are there any errors related to this problem in the log files?

For deeper analysis I'd suggest to open a support incident.
