Silkcentral - Error getting requierments from JIRA

Hi,

 

I was trying to get a requirements list from JIRA with Silkcentral. The connection with JIRA was successfully but, the process reports an error getting the requirement list

The JQL works OK in Jira

I already install the SSL Jira certificates on my execution server.

 

Silkcentral Version 19.0
