"Java Application Blocked" error when using Silk Central v16.0
Hope you can assist - when using Silk Central v16.0, a user is getting the following error:
"Application Blocked by Java Security - your security settings have blocked an application signed with an expired or not-yet-valid certificate for running."
The user has Java 8 update 141 installed.
I assume the described error is observed in the browser. Can they adjust their security settings? In the security tab of Java Control Panel add the URL of SC to the exception site list.
Silk Central version 16.0 is no longer actively developed. Is there any reason preventing the customer to upgrade to a more recent, supported version of SC?
