run STW test from Central - not executing - No Open_AGENT_HOME

We have one pc STW and one server Central and we have integrated them. When we tried to run STW test from Central, it returned status "Not Executed". The error message is: Silk Test Workbench  could not be found (No Open_AGENT_HOME environment variable set). Make sure that Silk Test Workbench is installed."

Can you please advice on this? Both machine is integrated well, we can get the test in STW from Central.

Did you restart the Silk Central Execution Server machine after installing Silk Test Workbench on it? This would explain the missing environment variable.
